It is our goal to make your experience with Glowstick4less a positive one. If you would like to return a defective
product, we are more than happy to accommodate you.
Please send e-mail to us, prior to your return so we may try to resolve any issues and/or concerns.
All sales are final. Returns only allowed for defective items, as long as it is 10% or more of any individual
item It is the sole responsibility of the customer to order enough products to cover the chance of receiving broken or defective
products (10% industry standard).
Glowsticks4less works with direct importers and volume wholesalers, with a vast inventory of unique products.
Due to the nature of these products and the shipping methods from the manufacturer, all the way to your door, there are inevitably
going to be defective pieces. This is taken into consideration in the low cost of our products.
All claims must be submitted via e-mail: within 3 days after receiving of your shipment. Any claims submitted
after 3 days will become null and void.
All of our products are manufactured using strict ISO-9000 industry standards, however we do respectively keep
the rights to a 10% possible product failure rate, and will exchange defective items at our discretion.
We will ONLY accept returns as long as it is 10% or more of any individual item. A claim must be made
with us within 3 days of the ship receipt date. In the event that you experience shortage or damage to merchandise packaged
inside cartons, if the package was damaged during freight, we will accompany you in filing a claim with the carrier.
To return damaged or defective items, please call for authorization. We cannot accept any returns that do not
have prior authorization. When calling for authorization, please describe the problem you are having with the product, and
whether you would like a refund, or a replacememnt shipment. Merchandise authorized for return must be sent back to our warehouse
within 14 days to receive credit.
All Returns must Have a Prior RMA #, Returns Received Without this # Will Not Receive Credit.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost.
No refunds will be given without gaining authorization from Glowsticks4less. Glowsticks4less will not be responsible
for postage on returned items, unless the item is found to be defective. We will not accept returns without written authorization
from Glowsticks4less
If an item is found to be defective due to a manufacturers defect or damaged during delivery, please contact
us immediately so we can issue a return authorization. Defective items must be received within 14 days of delivery.
Due to the fragile nature of our products, we pack our items carefully to avoid breakage. When you receive your
package, please check your order as soon as possible. If your package is damaged upon receipt, please hold on to the box and
all of its contents and contact us immediately. Shipper may contact you and want to see the box and its original contents
A 25% restocking fee
is applied to all Authorized returns.
Refunds not given to open boxes.
